Our team at Swag Events was dedicated to transforming Tessa's vision into a reality, and this journey began with the intricate process of stringing together countless flowers for the breathtaking ceiling work. We even enlisted the help of additional hands, calling in a “team” of talented individuals to assist with the intricate preparations (Laura’s husband, Doug - haha). Hours were invested in selecting, arranging, and delicately connecting each bloom, creating a seamless cascade that would set the stage for the romantic atmosphere Tessa envisioned.
The commitment to perfection didn't stop there. With a keen eye for detail, our team hung these unique floral designs one by one, ensuring that each petal was perfectly positioned to contribute to the overall enchantment of the venue. It was a labor of love, driven by the desire to create an immersive and magical experience for Tessa, Ben, and their guests.
The Chanterelle underwent a breathtaking transformation into a romantic haven. Strings of flower petals draped gracefully from the ceiling, creating an dream-like vision. Surrounded by their sweet daughter and friends, Tessa and Ben exchanged vows, while confetti danced through the air.
The golden accents of chiavari chairs, table numbers and taper stands, combined with the crisp white charger plates and candles added a touch of sophistication to the tables. The delicate combination of baby's-breath and roses, created by Switzer Florals made for captivating centerpieces. Each guest also experienced a personal touch, courtesy of personalized favors by Peace and Quiet Candle Company, adding a unique and thoughtful element to the celebration.
The reception that followed was an electrifying celebration, with the dance floor buzzing thanks to the musical talents of DJ Steve Smitts, while every moment was skillfully immortalized through the lenses of Ilo Photography and Torin Gunnell, guaranteeing that these memories will be treasured for years to come.
Every vendor, sharing the same excitement for Tessa’s wedding day vison, were brought together towards one heartfelt collaboration. Every moment spent crafting, hanging, and perfecting the details was an investment in creating an unforgettable backdrop for the couple's special day.
